Philip Chapman – Notary Public
Philip studied European business at Ecole Superieure de Commerce de La Rochelle, France, working as a management consultant in the City of London, before deciding to pursue his passion and retrain as a Solicitor at the college of Law in Birmingham in 2002. He qualified as a notary in 2012 after completing his diploma in notarial practice at the University of Cambridge. Philip is also an accredited CEDR mediator.
As well as being a Notary, Philip is a Corporate Partner at an established regional Law firm. With more than 10 years of experience as a notary and over 20 years as a lawyer, he provides the full range of notarial services to both corporate clients and individuals.
Philip lives with his family in Hagley.
He is an enthusiastic supporter of his local football team Wolverhampton Wanderers FC. Philip has taken part in the Aberdovey bike ride 5 times and plans to do so as long as his legs can manage it.
Isabel Fogliatti – Practice Manager
Originally from Santiago de Chile, Isabel has a degree in Language and Communication from the University of Bergen, Norway. She is fluent in Spanish, Norwegian and English and is responsible for the overall management of the notary practice.
Isabel is a keen gardener and can often be found hiding in her allotment. She loves the outdoors and volunteers at her local Scouts Group.
